Bridges of Hope

From Points North Magazine October, 2011: Asking highly educated and skilled medical professionals to spend $3,500 to travel to Kenya, to treat patients in remote areas where there is a prevalence of hepatitis, HIV, bacterial/protozoal diarrhea, isolated cases of malaria, typhoid and Rift Valley fever, and to sacrifice a week’s worth of income is a difficult undertaking. One of the medical professionals that responded to the plea was Dr. George MacMaster, a pediatric dentist who founded Alpharetta Children’s Dentistry in 1989.
